Due to the current<\/strong> market<\/strong> situation and its constant fluctuations<\/strong>, we perceive that orders are becoming smaller and smaller and with a greater variety of items. As time went by, these items began to be a problem<\/strong> at the production level<\/strong>, as downtime and format changes increased exponentially.<\/p>\n

We needed to measure<\/strong> our productivity<\/strong> quickly and easily in order to have our production processes under control. We contacted IPYC (Ingenieros de Calidad y Producci\u00f3n) and they presented us with a software developed by them called doeet OEE MES<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Right now, by having our production digitalized<\/strong> we have in real time all the information of our machines; we control the 3 <\/strong>main KPI’s<\/strong> (Machine Availability or Running Degree<\/strong>, the Cadence<\/strong> or Performance and the Quality)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Having identified the<\/strong> reasons<\/strong> for stoppages<\/strong>, we have been able to refer them to the corresponding department for immediate solution; we have reduced them as much as possible. Some of the examples may be:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Shutdowns due to format change<\/h3>\n

We had established a theoretical time frame for format changes, and with the use of doeet OEE MONTH<\/a> <\/strong> we were able to identify that we exceeded them in most cases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Maintenance<\/h3>\n

Preventive Maintenance<\/strong> Tasks<\/strong> were not carried out with the established frequency, so when analyzing the machine stoppages due to breakdowns, we detected that our need was to focus on preventive maintenance, since this would considerably reduce corrective maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pharmaceutical Industry quality<\/h3>\n

Product quality<\/strong> problems: We were able to reduce quality problems by identifying their causes<\/strong> in. doeet OEE MES<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We also incorporate check-lists<\/strong> with frequency alarms so that operators can perform all the necessary checks on the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Another point that makes management much easier for us is the data<\/strong> link<\/strong> with our ERP<\/strong>, since there is an automatic transfer of all the parameters from doeet OEE MES<\/a> <\/strong> to the ERP.<\/p>\n

With doeet OEE MES<\/a> <\/strong> we have been able to increase our productivity and <\/strong>greatly reduce our costs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
